The repairs are done in a timely manner and the staff inside the leasing office needs some improvement. They dont entirely know how to solve a problem and they depend on their manager.

|Recommended: NoIts Just Okay — The apartments are in a great neighborhood, there's beautiful scenery everywhere you look, but the parking is a bit annoying. Every resident is free to have 1 parking spot, the problem is when there's 5-6 adults living in a 3bdrm apartment there's no parking for anyone else in the building. I feel maybe there should be assigned parking for each apartment based on occupancy. The leasing office will email you several times when they need information from you but you can never speak directly with anyone in house unless you find time out of your work schedule to meet in person. The maintenance man's family member lives under me and there was an issue with my toilet where it was flooding into her apartment, i haven't been able to use my master bath for 3 weeks now and there is no maintenance order present in my account, seems kind of shady.. Had to sign another year lease because I couldn't find a home to move to, wish i didn't.

|Recommended: NoIt’s Just Okay, Not Enough Storage — Neighbors are friendly, but there seems to be more people moving in that are kind of unsavory. Don’t feel as safe as when I first moved in. The playground is useless for little kids. It’s probably the worse playground for little ones, and there is nothing for older kids. 2-3 bedroom apartments usually have kids. I would not recline do the complex to a friend. The best thing about the complex is Creve Coeur Lake and Parkway schools.

|Recommended: YesGreat Area With Great Living Conditions — These apartments are well put together and overall larger than any apartment I have ever lived in for the same price as an average apartment. Not to mention the amenities are a huge plus

|Recommended: NoNew Management Needs Improvement — New management company is less than stellar. Dog waste containers are overflowing on the upper end of the property, haven't been emptied in weeks. Pool on the upper end has overflowing trashcans that haven't been emptied since who knows when. Parkimg is ridiculous...this goes back to former management company as well. There has been a car parked for over a year in the same space without moving, no one attending to it at all and license on it is now expired for a month and a half. Wouldn't be such an issue if parking wasn't so limited. There is a fee now associated with ANY type of electronic payment, because.... Who knows I know debit and credit cards get charged merchant fees, so I can understand passing that cost along, but an electronic check Very unhappy with the changes.

|Recommended: YesOk, Some Changes Are An Inconvenience.. — The grounds upkeep could be a tad better. Taking a better approach in regards to pest control spiders insects would be beneficial. Last, the new change of charging a fee to pay online definitely an inconvenience. A visible drop box for those whom work early and late so the online payment doesn’t have to be utilized would be appreciated.
