|Recommended: NoMaintenance Needs Maintenance — Maintenance here has gotten terrible over the 2 years I've been here. The Lake, pools, and facilities are disgusting and appear to get negative attention from the staff and those who are responsible for maintaining them. Requests made to fix my unit go unanswered. A service request is opened and closed without anyone coming by to actually repair the damages to our unit. Our AC leaks every year when wenstart using it again. And the leak persists for weeks and most recently months. Eventually, once the leaking AC unit was fixed the carpet and walkway was still soaked. The carpet in this unit will likely need to be replaced because my service request for a fan was never answered.

|Recommended: YesService An Issue. — Other then maint being non responsive the over all environment is good. New ownership needs to be more attentive. You have lost documentation in the transfer of the business and are now making it the residence problem. Wrong answer.

|Recommended: NoVery Basic — For the amount of rent, 2bdr 2bath, the quality of the apt should be better. Paint job is not good on cabinetry, front door had to be repainted due to chipped paint, carpet is old and smells like animal urine. I have to continuously burn candles, or use plug ins to cover the odor. Residents are messy, trash and cigarette butts on the stairways. Trash bins are horrible, always trash on the ground and around the bins.

|Recommended: NoGone To The Dogs. — A nice stroll around the pond will have you breathing in the warm aromas of feces from the overflowing dog bin as well as many views of large and small turds all around the grounds. Garbage is constantly flowing from the dumpsters and I can’t even put a regular bag of trash in it. There has never been any water pressure in the apartment making it difficult to take showers but maintenance says that’s how it’s set up. Water, sewer and trash is also not included in the rent like most places. Luckily I laid for parking because there’s never any available spots. If all this doesn’t bother you then it’s a great place to live

|Recommended: NoTwo Thumbs Down — Everything has been a hassle since I moved here. I had to ask multiple times to get a key for our mailbox, multiple trips to get a card with access to laundry, and continual push back on getting a pipe fixed in my bedroom. I am exceedingly frustrated with the lack of compassion or care from the property manager.
