submitted by Cynthia B. - |Recommended: NoNothing Gets Done — We have been in the apartment for over a month now. We moved into an apartment that was not ready. Carpets were filthy countertop not finished holes in the wall dirt in the bath tubs. I noted all things in my walkthrough and have yet to have anything fixed. Not to mention the ac sucks upstairs.

submitted by William B. - |Recommended: YesMaintenance Is Unresponsive Office Never Answers Phones — I've had several maintenance requests that get closed out by team without fixing stuff, then when I go to reopen they get assigned out but never worked on. My light switch broke 3 weeks ago and I reported it and it still hasn't been fixed - and I know the property isn't going to pay my light bill that's going to be higher now cause the light has been on constantly for 3 weeks. Every time I call the office for an update, I get a call center and never get a call back from staff...

submitted by Annette M. - |Recommended: NoIt's Okay — It's an okay property. Pretty good for the price considering the location, but the location is about all it has going for it. Being next to the park is amazing. Commute is good to a lot of businesses. Schools are great. Most people here are nice and just keep to themselves. There are the regular issues of people playing music too loudly, but it's not terrible. Every time I've worked with the office staff they don't seem to know what they're doing. Don't have a lot of maintenance issues, but what I have doesn't get fixed, it just gets sort of fixed and then breaks again. Grounds are always dirty. The dumpsters aren't emptied enough and so there is trash everywhere. People don't clean up after their dogs, so it's hazardous to walk in any grassy areas. Lightbulbs don't get changed, so it's really dark. There are wasps everywhere in the summer.

submitted by Liudnila T. - |Recommended: NoUnbearable Smell In The Apartment — It is impossible to be in our apartment, the neighbors smoke drugs day and night, and this smell is so strong and corrosive that it makes me even wake up at night because I have nothing to breathe, it gives me a headache and nausea if I learned to deal with noise at night with earplugs, but I don’t know how to do it with smell, and if you have any advice I would love to hear it on this. We have repeatedly called and asked the Marylad Heights administration for help in this matter, but there is no help in our requests

submitted by Ryan M. - |Recommended: NoMaintenance Issues — Have had floor damage that has debris tracking everywhere in the apartment that is also dangerous as it is cutting into my feet so I need to use shoes inside the apartment. Been over 2 weeks since a maintenance request was put in and no fix or timeframe has yet to be given.
