|Recommended: NoNot What Advertized — Not very updated. Maintenance staff is terrible. Pool is closed alot of the time. The common areas are gross and dirty. Posts issues we are facing makes it impossible to live here.

|Recommended: No. — When I first came too look at a the apartments and get a tour everything was nice and lovely the staff was great ESPECIALLY NICK even to this day I still love NICK but once you get in it’s so horrible MAINTENANCE is terrible They don’t fix things at all and you have to harass the leasing office for them to even get things done

|Recommended: NoWouldn't Recommend — I was excited to move into Haven on the Lake. The tour I did was great and there were so many hoops I had to jump through when applying I thought that the community had to be great. I was very wrong.
The second I moved in I realized my floors were wavy, no room in the apartment was level, and I could feel three distinctly different floors beneath my feet. I could hear everything both above and below, but fair enough that is renting life. I could also smell everything too, and if they have fruit fly's guess what, so do you.
The apartments are also in a awful manner so good luck every getting a package or delivery. Foster a great relationship with your neightbor so they might give it to you.
The office staff is actually the worst. Anthony is the only one there worth talking to and if he is not in I would just go straight to the left side and talk to management. They have many small fees that are not set up to protect the complex. They are just there to nickel and dime you throughout your lease and if there is every an issue with you balance at the end of the month it will be a nightmare to deal with.
The only saving grace for Haven on the Lake is the maintenance staff. They have the worst job but are the only people that are enjoyable to deal with on the staff. They have fixed things promptly even on nights and weekends.
I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't renew if they cut my rent by a third. I hope they read this and change things because its a lovely area and it is a shame that this place is so awful.

|Recommended: YesIt's Decent — My partner and I are in love with the area and our neighbors are so kind. There is little to no noise and the office staff is extremely helpful. It may take a moment to get a response from an email, but when they do get in contact they are very kind and helpful. Maintenance however Abysmal. Requests are frequently marked as complete even though no member of maintenance had stepped foot in our apartment. There's frequently trash and pet waste on grounds, although I will say the trash situation has improved slightly now that spring is here. Parking is okay, on numerous occasions there have been totaled or unregistered vehicles on the lot for months but I can't entirely blame the property for that. Overall 3 5 stars for us. We're content living here but it could definitely improve, especially since our rent is being raised even though little to nothing has been done to improve the apartments.

|Recommended: NoThis place is terrible Well the management is, the women just walk by looking no real help. Such a scam and don’t answer necessary questions, take your money, discuss peoples business and gossip all out loud. So confusing and they just lie to you. They made this process stressful day long for what I wish we hadn’t wasted our time or money honestly.

|Recommended: NoCommunication — Cannot easily contact on-site employees. When a resident calls with a question or concern 9 times out of ten they get an off-site person who offers to send a message for a call back. Call backs very rarely happen.

|Recommended: YesTo Much Damage In The House Too Slow Maintenance Staff. — The heater is intermittent since day one and I afraid still equal in the winter. The pool get dirty too fast and most of the days closed. I never be able to get to the pool. The management needs to be more in solving the present problems to maintain the current residents rather than in promotion or other things. Maybe you gona be the next Tesla in the apartment market and no need any promotions to get people come here. The people comes by themselves or by the voice and voice promotion.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live Until You Have To Ask Staff For Help — Many small things are clearly over looked. AC unit broke a week after living here… The maintenance guy even stated they should have checked that before move in. Exposed screws in kitchen cabinets, construction paint writing on kitchen countertops, sliding doors that don't shut, dripping paint jobs on walls and doors, I swear the apartment couldn’t have been cleaned before we moved in. Otherwise the place is beautiful and the amenities would be even better if they actually worked. The gym has free weights, but half the machines and their seats attachments are damaged, the door to get into the gym rarely works, the fitness mats are literally black because they’re so used dirty and the laundry room needs some serious attention because machines are rarely working and in my opinion there needs to be more machines or two laundry facilities with the size of this community. Lastly, it's late July and the pool they’ve promised would be open weeks ago, is still not open….
