|Recommended: NoMoved In Nov 2023 — Within two months of moving in we found the first mouse in the house my husband and I were able to catch it before pest control even stop by. Not even a month after we found another mouse that was caught on the sticky trap that would be mouse 2. In Feb 2024 Our cabinet doors fell off due to Water damage on the wood it took about 6 to 8 months to get them to even look at it. They switched out the structure but as of today March 2025 We still don’t have cabinet doors. In Dec 2024 we had a flood in our basement and it took maintenance about 2-3 months to fix it. The baseboard and other repairs to the wall haven’t been completed since. We tried reaching out to maintenance no response. Since Jan 2025 we have found and CAUGHT 3 other mice. In Feb 2025 we caught another mouse in my KIDS ROOM. We moved our fridge and found a dead mouse underneath. Today March 1st, we were cleaning as we usually do and we found a dead mouse by my kid’s bed. I have called the leasing office plenty of times and like always no answer.

|Recommended: NoLooks decent at first glance, but apartments are not very nice. The maintenance is even worse. Asked them to fix the hot water in the second shower, they came and adjusted the nozzle once and we never had hot water in that shower for the almost 2 years of living there. The shared laundry space is a nightmare. Most machines are broken and it flooded with sewage water never replaced the dirtied floor or equipment . Furnace stopped working multiple times. Maintenance guy forced us to leave a 5 star review wouldnt leave until we did and it stopped working again a few weeks later. Next maintenance guy had to speak with a person on the phone the entire time for instructions on how to fix the furnace which left us feeling very uneasy with the work that was done. Parking lot flooded frequently because they wont clean out the sewer drains. AC units are also extremely old. Forced to pay 4,000 to break the lease early which they do NOT clearly say on the lease, it is hidden at the very bottom

|Recommended: YesBeautiful — My family and I love it here. It's very peaceful and there's so much to do here on the property. Maintenance is very quick to fix things. The leasing office team is really good. We've had all good experiences here. I can't speak for anyone else but we love it here this is the best place that we've ever rented. |Recommended: NoI moved into this apartment this year this is my 1st apartment, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, The front office staff TRASH, THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, AND MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS LATE FOR EVERYTHING, THE RENT FOR WHAT YOURE GETTING IS NOT WORTH IT. NEIGHBORS ARE DIRTY AND LOVE TO LEAVE TRASH ANYWHERE DO NOT USE THE LAUNDRY ROOM THEY DONT CLEAN YOURE CLOTHES ALL THE WAY IN FACT YOUR CLOTHES WILL BE SOAKED AND U HAVE TO PAY TO WASH DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE GOOD LOOKING PICS LIKE I DID DOG OWNERS DON’T PICK UP THEIR SH T ITS CRAZY LOL PLEASE DONT COME HERE. to HAVEN ON THE LAKE DONT REACH OUT WE WILL BE LEAVING SOON

|Recommended: NoI Would Not Recommend Living Here — I have to endure so much trouble with this apartment complex between charging a lot and nothing be able to get fixed on time or at all they make you pay for things that they don’t even take care of they don’t try to solve your issues , you sign a twelve month lease that they keep going up on rent for and the apartments are trashed and not worth over 1,000 they even charge you all that money for rent but still have to pay to wash and dry your clothes this apartment is ridiculous and not worth it at all they pick on certain tenants which is unacceptable because you want them to do their job . Do not move here the picture that they have up are old and it’s just noisy in the complex with dogs people fighting you’re never going to able to get sleep

|Recommended: YesLibby — Overall, I'm very happy with my new apartment here. My only complaint is that there is a lot of dog poop in front of my apartment. As a dog owner who picks up my dogs mess, I'm very troubled this is allowed.
